Nearly two months ago, on February 28th, I received the following message from David Litchfield of NGS Software. Due to my being extremely busy over the past few months, it’s been sitting in my Inbox waiting to get posted here. In all fairness, I felt obligated to post it. Here it is:

Hello, With reference to http://www.gaddis.org/2004/12/25/irresponsible-disclosure/ I’d kindly ask that you remove this from your site. The article refers to an incident where an advisory was released just before Christmas. It makes disparaging comments about myself. As it happens I was away getting married at the time and was posted by someone else; whilst I agree the timing was thoughtless it was not intended to be mean, spiteful or rude and further I didn’t ask them to do send it at this time.

Cheers,

David Litchfield

So, there you are, David. It may be two months late, but I finally got it there.

(Note: the message above was edited slightly, only to change the URL to point to its location in the latest iteration of my blogging software).
