For those of you who know me (and/or my family) personally, my cousin Jamie went to court yesterday. She was sentenced to 10 years at the Indiana Department of Corrections with four years suspended to probation. That leaves six years, which means she can get out after three (“good time” crap). She has something like nine months in, so I guess that’s only 27 months or so to go.

If you don’t know who or what I’m talking about, don’t bother to ask.
