Well, for the second time in right about a year, someone broke into my truck and stole my stereo system. The first time was nearly a year ago (more info here), at a hotel on the west side of Indianapolis where I was staying for three days for work. This time, they did it right in front of my apartment complex sometime overnight between the night before last and yesterday morning.

The whole thing wasn’t really that valuable, maybe a few hundred bucks, so I’m not so much as pissed off about them actually stealing it as I am pissed about the whole principle of the thing. It bothers me more that somebody stole from me, than that they took my stereo, if you can understand that.

This guy (or guys) weren’t as good as the first ones. The first time it was a nice clean removal of the CD player from the dash. This time, it was a pretty dirty job (click for picture). Bastards.

Oh well, gives me a reason to go buy that Lexus I’ve been wanting…
