mccain:
- gets up on the first ring
- forgets why he got up
- yells at the secret service agents to get off his lawn
clinton:
- gets up on the seventh ring
- understands the problem
- tells a story about something she did in the past
- offers no resolution to the problem
obama:
- gets up on the third ring
- understands the problem
- provides a solution
