Using distribute-list to filter RIP updates

Now that we have RIP authentication working, let’s take a look at how we can use the “distribute-list” to suppress network advertisements. In this lab, we have three routers. R1 and R2 are connected via their serial 0/0 interfaces, and R2 and R3 are connected over their fast ethernet 0/1 interfaces:
